Arizona is engaged!   Tanner Ritchey knelt in the mud at the Snowflake/Taylor Pioneer Rodeo on 27 July 2013.   What an exciting time.   It rained till the grounds were totally flooded.  He asked she said yes.   December 7 2013.  Is the day.   We can't wait!
